The consent you give

Calling (337) 570-2420, submitting a request on this site or otherwise giving Lake Charles Mold Experts a phone number counts as permission to be contacted about that request, whether by Lake Charles Mold Experts itself or by the people preparing your quote. That contact can come as a phone call, a text message or an email.

The consent reaches no further than arranging, pricing, carrying out and following up the mold assessment or remediation you asked about. Your number is not used for unrelated marketing by outside companies.

Carrier charges

Your mobile carrier's usual message and data rates may apply to any SMS or MMS text that passes between you and Lake Charles Mold Experts. Lake Charles Mold Experts makes no charge of its own for texts.

Withdrawing consent

You may take back your consent to calls or texts whenever you choose:

  • Texts: answer any text with STOP to end them, or with HELP to get help.
  • Calls: tell the caller "please remove me from your list". The request is logged on that call and no further calls are made.
  • Email: write to contact@moldexpertslakecharles.com with STOP CONTACT in the subject line.

An opt-out is honored by whichever route it arrives. Bear in mind that after an opt-out, an open quote or work already booked can no longer be followed up; on request, your file is archived.

Call (337) 570-2420

Recording of calls

The line at (337) 570-2420 is answered by an AI voice assistant run through an outside voice-AI provider. It takes the caller's name and number, the property address and the problem so that a call back can follow, and for that purpose the call may be recorded and transcribed. Recordings of calls to and from Lake Charles Mold Experts may also be used to check quality and to settle disputes. Louisiana allows a call to be recorded with the consent of one party to it.

If you would rather not be recorded by an automated system, the callback form and email take the same details without a phone call. On a call with a person, say that you object and the recording of that call stops.

When water is still coming in

If you reported water actively getting into a building, or a mold situation just as pressing, a reasonable attempt may be made to reach you even after ordinary consent has lapsed, so the work you started can be finished. That narrow exception ends once the work is done or once you confirm your opt-out again.
