Accessibility Statement
People with disabilities should be able to use moldexpertslakecharles.com as easily as anyone else. This statement covers the standard the site works toward, what is done, what is unfinished, and how to report a problem.
Last updated: 2026-10-11.
Target standard
The site works toward conformance with WCAG 2.1, the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, at the AA level. Periodic checks are run with keyboard-only navigation, with the screen readers VoiceOver and NVDA, and with contrast checkers, and whatever barriers they reveal get corrected.
Built in so far
- Semantic HTML, a logical heading order and landmark elements marking out the header, navigation, main content sections and footer.
- Alt text on informational images that describes what is pictured.
- Color contrast at or above WCAG AA for running text, headings and interactive elements.
- Full keyboard operation of navigation, forms and other interactive parts, with no action that only a mouse can perform.
- Responsive pages that reflow to a phone-sized screen and lose neither content nor function.
- Descriptive link text instead of vague phrases such as "click here".
Still to do
Accessibility work does not end. Known gaps include captions for video, should any be added (none is on the site now), better ARIA labelling of form fields, and repeat audits at regular intervals as content is added.
Report a barrier
Run into a page, picture, form or feature that a disability prevents you from using? Let us know so it can be repaired. Send the page's web address and a short description of the trouble to contact@moldexpertslakecharles.com, or phone (337) 570-2420. The goal is to confirm receipt within two business days and, within ten business days, to resolve the issue or explain why it remains.
Third-party parts of the site
A few elements, for example embedded maps, forms or analytics, can come from outside services. Providers are picked for accessibility practices that meet industry standards, though their content is beyond direct control here. If one of them stops you, please report it anyway so a workaround can be found.
Request a Callback

Would a phone call suit you better? Ring (337) 570-2420 at any hour and leave the address and what you have found; a call back follows.
